I deeply believe that knowledge is power — but not just any knowledge: the kind that is born from within you, from your story, your blood, your cyclical nature.
After years of living with endometriosis, hearing limiting diagnoses, and navigating my own healing, I chose to dedicate my life to teaching what we were never told:
that our cycle is not a problem to fix, but a compass to guide us.
Since then, I’ve supported thousands of women in reclaiming their fertility naturally, understanding their hormones in real time, and conceiving with intention.
Through Sanar tu Ciclo — and now Cycle Healing Academy — I share real tools to come back to the body, to heal without fear, and to live from a place of deep certainty.
I’m not a guru or a savior. I’m a woman like you — one who chose to return to her center… and now walks alongside others so they can do the same.

Where was this idea born?
This project was born from a mix of inner fire and real need.
A fire to reclaim the power over our bodies, our cycles, and our decisions.
And a need — because after years of supporting women, I kept seeing the same story on repeat: painful diagnoses, bodies that feel broken, and a deep disconnection from something that was always ours.Here, we believe in education as medicine.
In the cycle as a compass. And in knowledge as a path back home.

Cata Undurraga is a nurse by profession and a menstrual healer by vocation.
Founder of Cycle Healing Academy and creator of Sanar tu Ciclo, she has dedicated her life to helping women reclaim the power to understand and inhabit their bodies from a place of love, wisdom, and intention.
She lives with deep endometriosis and has transformed her experience into a source of compassion, guidance, and purpose.
Her perspective blends science, spirituality, and a deep connection to the cyclical feminine.
She’s a born teacher — one who inspires, transforms, and leads with radical authenticity.
